Notes

1. Farmers surveyed = households listed in the PMDS listing survey. Non-cultivators + PMDS farmers + non-PMDS CNF + non-PMDS chemical = farmers surveyed. "Number of farmers collected from the VO" is filled from the VO_Collected sheet where available.
2. PMDS groups by years of continuous PMDS (Cols 6, 8, 10, 12): PMDS1 = 1–2 years, PMDS2 = 3–4 years, PMDS3 = 5 years and above.
3. Main PMDS plot = the farmer's plot with the most years of continuous PMDS; each PMDS farmer is counted once, under the crop of that plot.
4. Chemical farmers' crops (Cols 14–17): a farmer growing more than one crop is counted under each, so crop columns can add up to more than the total.
5. "Not recorded" under PMDS = farmers who reported PMDS but whose plot details were not entered. Village is shown as the Gram Panchayat recorded in the listing.
